These terms govern use of the Nutritionals Sport website for customers in Australia.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

A product may be ordered only when it is shown as available on the public storefront. Products without verified identity, media rights, inventory, physical specifications and fulfilment data remain unavailable.

ORDERS AND PRICING

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Cart and checkout information must be reviewed before an order is submitted. An order is a request to purchase and is subject to availability, payment authorisation and acceptance. No order is accepted until the payment method is successfully authorised and an order confirmation is issued.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Shipping charges and available services are shown at checkout. The Shipping Policy and Refund Policy form part of these terms.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

Material errors may be corrected when identified. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit unlawful content or attempt unauthorised access.
